There have been seven Jesuit winemakers since Sevenhill Cellars was established in 1851. The Seven Brothers’ Old-Vine Shiraz honours the Brother’s contribution to Sevenill’s foundation and winemaking heritage.
The pinnacle of the Sevenhill portfolio, Seven Brothers is produced from just 17 rows vines planted over 150 years ago.
The striking gold icon on the label is significant to Sevenhill- it reflects the handcrafted typography of the Missal Romanum, produced by the renowned European Art Printer Henry Reiss in 1872. The book, gifted to Sevenhil’s Jesuit community, is displayed in the College at Sevenhill Cellars.
