Clover Sparkling Brut

In 1889, pioneering horticulturist Amos William Howard discovered subterranean clover growing naturally on the site where Howard Vineyard stands today. His find led to a major contribution in pasture productivity in the Adelaide Hills area and throughout rural Australia. Howard Vineyard’s Clover Range is named in honour of this historic discovery. Winemaker Tom Northcott’s love of sparkling was ignited at Bay of Fires in Tasmania where he conducted vintage in 2012. This 2014 Howard Vineyard Clover Sparkling Brut is Tom’s first sparkling wine.
